For anyone who doesn’t grant permission, simply build the fence on the next available property to the north. Let the non permission granters experience the full joy of owning land next to an open border.

Then come back in a year or so with another offer to build a fence.

I like the way you think on this!!

We have ranchers on the Texas border that are opposed to giving up a small strip of land along the river so a fence can be built.
