Oh brother. Now the lawyers are going to get rich off of White people. We seriously need to stop litigating every single thing that irritates us. Stop with these worthless lawsuits. I know that it might be horrible to hear they you aren’t as good as a black teacher when teaching black kids but we have enough problems. Even FREEPERS will agree with this because it is big news when blacks sue and we think it is ridiculous so to not be hypocritical I say it is not good for anyone to sue.

This FReeper doesn't agree. It is about time the cannons are turned back on those firing them all the time. Lawsuits (especially if successful) and stories like this reinforce the point that whites can and are subject to racial discrimination. Putting up with it says the opposite, and can even establish precedent.

I realize the lawyers will make dough from this, but in the long run if we make it clear that whites won't put up with discrimination either, maybe these organizations will be scared of getting sued by EVERYONE,throw up their hands and implement truly color-blind policies (i.e, basing things on merit instead of skin pigment). When that happens these lawsuits stop and the lawyers go back to chasing ambulances.

Exactly. I hate lawsuits as well, but taking one’s own medicine can only be good for these people and make them think twice, if they think at all.
