I don't like all the things in Paul Ryan's plan but I give him credit for at least trying to present a plan, newt needs to go away!

I didn’t ask for Medicare. It became my primary when I turned 65. I still carry BC&BS and was perfectly happy with it.

I’m pissed about Newt’s comment but it could be a blessing in disguise. His campaign is over before it has gotten off the ground.
Good riddance.

Newt has an ego that is beyond comprehension.
He can win anything his personality does not inspire a Presidential run.
Why he is attacking a GOP plan when the Democrats have no plan, no budget is beyond me. That would be my target.

I wonder if newt conferred with CALISTA before imploding his rhetorical suicide bombing of his own campaign.

Newt sitting next to Pelosi on that couch was not a fluke. Newt is a big government statist, just like his biddy San Fran Nan.

As I posted elsewhere Newt is now the political equivalent of a sliced of white bread that has been left in a small kitchen appiliance to long!

Newt sides with Rats like Algore anyway. He is a phony of the first order. There was no reason to bash Ryan in a GOP primary when many of the base supports this style of budget. I hope this tool gets destroyed in the debates. With all his baggage, it should be easy.

Newt was on a local Twin Cities talk station this morning.
He blatantly and unequivocally said he did not support a Federal mandate and accused the media of twisting his words.
I went and read the transcript. He lied. He absolutely said he was in favor of a mandate.

Newt is just another big gov. repub, much like rove and bush.

At one point when Brit semi-retired from the on-air leadership, I had the fantasy that he might run for President.
Talk about a tough candidate — he would be a serious contender

I have generally been sympathetic to Newt but his statements on sunday were just totally tone deaf. He lamed himself as badly as romney did the week before.
with huckabee bowing out the biggest names in the pubbie contest so far have effectively zoned themself out of the nomination.
Heck Palin could get the republican nomination without any staff besides the folks she hangs with in Wasilla.

Everyone keeps mentioning his “baggage”. The only old bag I care about is the one he’s sitting next to on that couch cheerfully trying to sell us Cap and Tax.

That’s the money picture for billboards across the country if Newt persists beyond the first few months of his ego-driven agenda. Tom Coburn’s book, Breach of Trust, shows Newt for the negative collaborator that he was after the 1994 election, and still is.

Hussein Obama, Piglosi, Dingy, et al. designed and legislated from on high (like all-powerful God) Death Panels to be your Health Care primary. Bend over.

Attacking Ryan is quite stupid.. for a republican..
Maybe Newt is not the savvy guy he tries to mimic..
