Not on your list is a reduction in benefits from social security, medicare, and medicade. Without cuts to these, there is no fix.
Actually, those programs have to be eliminated for there to be an economic future that includes a standard of living beyond bare subsistence for what we think of now as the middle class and the less-than-middle class. I say that as one who is receiving SS now.
