CNN Anchor: Are Conservatives Angry About Common's White House Appearance Because He's Black?

As NewsBusters has been reporting for months, Obama-loving media are busily depicting every criticism of the Administration as being racially motivated.

On Saturday, Don Lemon brought on a number of guests on "CNN Newsroom" to discuss how the recent controversy surrounding rapper Common's appearance at the White House is all because he's black.

I honestly don't understand how these people don't get handed their lunch, verbally, when they make those kinds of indefensibly stupid and biased comments. There are so many legitimate and succinct answers with which to cut their comments into shreds, but they are seldom wielded.

Did conservatives have a problem with Condie Rice or any of the black Bush appointees? Did conservatives have a problem with Clarence Thomas? Conservatives don't like the idea of Bill Ayers or Michael Moore visiting the White House either. Is that because they're black?

Conservatives have already stated - ad infinitum - why they were upset with Commons appearance in the White House...had nothing to do with color, whatsoever.

CNN is just chiming in with obama, reid, and other leftist who are TRYING TO START A RACE WAR. Civil disturbance equals (in obamas mind) Martial Law. Martial law cancels regular law and Constitutional protections for citizens and...it cancels elections. With obama "leading from behind" he's going to need some form of cheating to stay in office, just like he cheated to GET in office.

Just like he needed to kill bin Laden in order to kill the COLB story, he'll do what is necessary to maintain power.

He's exhibited the signs of being capable of doing this over and over again...be afraid, be very afraid.

It is hard to imagine that the White House is surprised by this controversy. They must be hoping to increase the black turnout by provoking racial controversy. Perhaps they figure that whites are self-hating enough for this strategy not to backfire.

Okay, we have had our first black president and that is great. Now, lets get down to business, get serious, and turn this country around.

One of Obama’s major flaws is that he doesn't have a clue about how the private sector works and therefor the economy.

Note to Obama:

You can “stimulate” all day long, but if the jobs created are not sustainable, then it is a waste of money. BTW, pouring stimulus money in the public sector isn't going to cut it. Repairing streets, public works, etc. is a temporary job — once the hole in the street is patched, the job is gone. You need to figure out how the create PERMENANT jobs.

And no — the private sector is not your enemy. The private sector needs to be nurtured and encouraged to grow because that is where the jobs are AND where revenues come from — you destroy the public sector and you have no way of following through on the promises that you have made.
