She could call her local hospital and ask who in the area provides care on a sliding scale. I used such a practice after an ER visit last year. We are still paying for the ER.
Good advice. There are many good physicians who would see this child ASAP and be willing to wait for payment.
This mom should call up a couple of churches and ask if they know a physician who will help.
I would suggest calling a Catholic Hopital.
