WASHINGTON (AP) - Minnesota Republican congressman Paul Ryan says he might decide as early as this week whether to run for Senate to replace retiring Democratic Sen. Herb Kohl.

Yet the AP takes hours to figure out what state Ryan represents.
No kidding, it’s not like some newly elected rep from somewhere in California no one has heard of. For crying out loud, EVERYONE is talking about the budget and out of control spending. And who is leading this charge? This is the same as saying Boehner is from Michigan.
Ping!
No kidding about Brookfield. I wish there was an author on this piece. What a fool. I’m glad Powerline got a screen shot shot.
I heard that Kohl’s might be moving from Menomonee Falls. Maybe they know something that we don’t know. ;-)
They can keep their Timberwolves too!
How many votes is Kloppenburger getting from Minnesota?
I know this is strong but I hope Kohl leaves the state and takes his crappy basketball team with him.
There was an editorial in jsonline today proposing that we build a new arena for the Bucks and claiming that the Bradley Center is obsolete.
Let Kohl build a new venue for the Bucks.
Well, it should be the “actual title” in the title box!
I was talking to him for a few minutes back in the spring of 1998. Told him that he should try and get one of those players from Arizona in the draft, but he told me that they were going to do whatever they could to get Robert “Tractor” Traylor.
They said they were outgrowing their facility, I don’t think there’s anything more to it. I heard they were in almost every state. I remember the old days when they were just a mom and pop grocery store in the Milwaukee market back in the 60’s. The store was a higher class store at that time. I remember the grocery store on Hampton and 82nd added a department store, that was BIG. Before that store was built, we played Tarzan on the billboard in the vacant lot.
Barrett is wooing them. I hope that business has better sense. Move to Washington County! We really could use something big up here. West Bend company is kaput, Gehl is barely here. Regal ware is almost toast. Serigraph is almost forked. West Bend could use a solid major player.
When I was at “cow pie”, (UW-Washington County), Kohl was there, and I had to shake his hand. I was a leader for the non trad students group. That was before he went into a coma. That was in 1990, 2 years into his first term. I’ll never forget the icky feeling after that encounter.
It’s such a glaring mistake, I didn’t want to get flamed. Especially since I’m from Wisconsin.
What are you talking about? This was posted correctly.
That seems right. Dallas drafted Traylor right before Milwaukee could, so they drafted Dirk Nowitzki and traded him to Dallas for Tractor. Ironic that both have gotten more attention the last week or so than they have in years but for entirely different reasons.
Obsolete? It can’t be much more than 20 years old, which is somewhat old by NBA standards, but still.
So, by the way, when fellow critic complains that Obama thinks there are 57 states, that isn't quite accurate. He believes there are 57+1=58.
