I believe he is in it for Hillary, but I don’t believe they’ll succeed in taking out Obama. I expect he’ll end up helping Obama get elected again instead.

Ross Perot would have been elected in 1992 if he were not a paranoid dwarf.

Donald Trump is neither.

His only platform is anti-China rhetoric, foul language, and bad hair. He's a shyster and as much of a narcissist as Obama

Nonsense. See post #2.

Wait until his book comes out late summer.

Ross Perot had many weaknesses which Trump does not have.

He has an excellent chance to be elected as an independent.

I don’t trust him and I sure as heck am not going to buy his book.

Wow is that stretching things. DO you really believe he's pro-life and pro-traditional marriage? He wasn't in the past. How come we give him a pass and not Mittens?

Excellent point and neither one gets a pass from me. Trump is Mitt, without the Mormon baggage.

I can’t believe how stupid people were to vote for Perot in 1992!

I worked in a big mfg plant back then, Perot got a lot of support from blue collar guys who viewed GHWB as a country club Republican elitist and Clinton as a draft dodger.

This would be a disaster. It almost makes me wonder if this is all Kabuki Theater and a script has been agreed on between the two in advance.

I confess. I did it. I voted for Perot in 1992.

So did I. I regret that Clinton won that election, but I don't believe George H.W. Bush would've been much different than Clinton. After all, they're "related".

Well, it's certainly fair enough not to trust him, but to say his only issue is China is nonsense.

And you won't have to buy his book, I don't plan on. Assuming he runs, it will be endlessly discussed here and everywhere.

True enough. Besides, it feeds the Trump ego for a time.

I did not vote for him but he was the only candidate who was right about NAFTA. Remember that "giant sucking sound"?

LMAO.

I totally disagree with your conclusion, but it's a great comment. Just the number of people who vote a straight ticket R or D makes an indy POTUS candidate a guaranteed loser.

Don’t feel bad - I was young and stupid and living in another country - I was fooled by CLINTON! That’s worse! Boy did I regret THAT vote!

Here you see the Dems plan. If not Trump then there will most likely be another 3rd party run by someone who will take away a lot of votes. Or at least muck things up sufficiently to make cheating even more easy.

That’s this week, he flip flops faster than Mitt Romney on a carnival ride. He says whatever he thinks will close the sale at the time.

Well, they helped get Bill Clinton elected. GHWB is a country club Republican, but he was still vastly better than Bill "the pervert" Clinton.

Voting 3rd party is idiotic. Like it or not we have a 2 party system - especially at the Presidential level.

Donald the clown will obviously never be President, but some dunderheads here and elsewhere are mesmerized by his hair or something and will no doubt squander their vote on him. Of course he won't win, but gosh darn it they will feel good about sending a message and making sure Hussein gets 4 more years in the White House.

The tweet may actually have been just a quick publicity ploy to get people talking about Trump again.

Can see your points but believe it better said he forced Obama to show ‘a’ birth certificate. He needs to do a follow up on his qualification for a valid bc.
