I think you are correct about it. However,,what nation is he a diplomat for? The nation of IMF?

and if he did this as advertised,,(supposedly the maid was even injured) then he should be taken care of by her loved ones on the street somewhere,,,,in France.

I am reading on some news sites that Kahn may not have the standard diplomatic immunity but that he might only have limited version known as “acts immunity” which would not cover something like rape.

The picture is till murky. Lets see what happens
