I appreciate your comments!

I have more faith in our young people than I do a good number of our “peers”.

My son is not unique in his circle of friends. Sounds like your nephews aren’t, either, thank God!

Whenever I read or hear the horrible stats for unemployment or economic problems I wonder how many are liberals or conservatives.

It’s mindset and instinct, IMHO. Whenever someone around me is complaining I cannot resist asking whether or not they voted for 0bama. If they did, my next statement is “what did they expect?”

I have a Democrat printers union member next door to me and even he did not vote for zero.

I agree. There are a lot of good, young people and they, just like other demographic groups, are going to have it rough. I worry about my kids and what kind of future they will have. Some of the comments from our “peers” are ridiculous.
