If you have a problem reading and understanding English, please have a translator help you

Your insulting, condescending attitude really does you (and, by extension, Richard Maize) no favors. Just sayin'.

You do understand that when a defendant enters a guilty plea, that means they are convicted of the charge, right (USAM 9-16.015)? When Maize pleaded guilty to five felonies, he was convicted of five felonies (USAM 9-16.040). You can argue that the first website I quoted provided false information about Maize’s pleas and convictions, but are you really suggesting that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is lying too? Did you read the FBI link I posted in #11? The part where it says:

"This afternoon in United States District Court in Los Angeles, federal prosecutors filed criminal charges against Richard A. Maize, 53, of Beverly Hills. Maize, a co-founder of Americorp Funding, a mortgage banking company with offices in West Los Angeles and Pasadena, was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and loan fraud, three counts of bank fraud and one count of making a false statement on a federal tax return.

In a plea agreement also filed today, Maize agreed to plead guilty to the five felony counts and to cooperate in the government's ongoing probe of the scheme"

Again, here’s the link to the document on the FBI’s own website: http://losangeles.fbi.gov/dojpressrel/pressrel07/la052507usa.htm. If you think the FBI is guilty of libel and slander, take it up with them.

Maize’s sentencing was originally scheduled for June of 2010. That was subsequently postponed to November of 2010, and, it appears again to have been postponed. Hardly surprising given that he was providing evidence against one of his co-conspirators whose sentencing wasn't completed until September of 2010. The fact that Maize has not yet been sentenced has absolutely no relevance to the FACT that he is convicted of five felonies.

Again, as I asked you in post #11, if you have one single bit of substantiation that Maize appealed his convictions, or that an appeal was heard, or that a federal appeals court overturned any of the five convictions, post it. That would be so much easier (if it were so) than continuing to accuse members of this forum of being anti-American murdering terrorists, which is exactly what you’re doing when you accuse them of being Islamic Jihadists (as you have done on multiple occasions).

I will agree with you on one thing. I’m sometimes surprised by what is allowed on FR as well. For instance, when an admitted Obama voter uses FR as part of a search engine optimization campaign to burnish the reputation of a convicted felon who donated to the presidential campaigns of Al Gore, John Kerry and Hillary Clinton, it does surprise me.

Was Maize sentenced? Don't think so. So he was not convicted.
