You might want to check your legal definition of libel and/or slander if you think copying and pasting someone else's words with attribution to the source constitutes it. Bullying and threatening to "report" someone to freerepublic doesn't give me much confidence in your counter-argument. As for accusing longtime FReepers of being Iranians and Syrians, that only makes you look like a total goofball. Maybe I should "report" you. < /sarc>

If you have a source that he was able to reverse his guilty plea and avoid sentencing, post it. I'm not saying he did or didn't, but google isn't finding it, and you seem much more personally invested in this than I am.
