I don't remember it it was the SEALs or Marines, but does anyone else here remember when the US first invaded Somalia? I distinctly remember shouting "TURN THOSE DAMN LIGHTS OUT! YOU'RE GOING TO GET THEM KILLED!" at the TV.
The media was actually on the beach where the US forces landed, and televised it!

The media was actually on the beach where the US forces landed, and televised it! Can you imagine if today's media were around during WWII? They probably would have been waiting on Omaha Beach for the troops to come.
