So, the U.N., not the U.S. War Powers Act is Obama’s “ruling legal authority” on our continuing the effort more than 60 days without supporting legislation from Congress??

I think Obama is approaching his 90 day deadline to go to congress and declare war. The media will praise him he can do what he wants. Since he invited the Libyan rebels to the WH he is above going to congress he can do whatever he wants.

I’ve been expecting that all along.
The Hyde Park crowd loves Ghadafi. Farrakhan, Rev. Wright, etc. think he is a progressive. Remember Ghadafi’s letter to Obama, he calls him his “son” and basically says he won’t hold it against him.
Eastern Libya is a big islamo-radical recruiting ground. A ceasefire will have:
1. Ghadhafi in control of western Libya looking for revenge against the West and
2. The “Libyan rebels” (which will be dominated by violent islamo-fascists) in charge of eastern Libya with access to billions of dollars of oil wealth and a short hop from the European mainland.

It's a 60 day deadline and it expires May 20th. Hot Air is reporting that Obama already has the lawyers working on excuses to flaunt the provisions of the War Powers Act.

Obama is using the seat of the Presidency to surround Israel. And the media are carrying the treasonous water jugs for him by saying The Muslim Brotherhood and Libyan rebels, violent islamo-fascist terrorist thugs are peachy keeno super great people that are non secular and want peace.
After two years plus of this bunch in the White House, are you sure there is a difference? But we all can take comfort this is a bi partisan effort, with lord McCain leading the charge on the GOP side.

The rebels are al Quaida. Al Quaida runs the arab spring, together with Obongo. Al Quaida outlets offers coordinated views of their plans and often makes demands on what has to happen next, and then Obongo implements.

But the War Powers Act never applied in the first place. It only comes into play if we are attacked first.

Odumbo the traitor will then all of a sudden use what is on the books from W Bush from the war on terror and apply his war orders in Libya to us being attacked on 9/11. Hence his appearance/photo-op at ground zero when he used to send Joe.
