I agree. Without the air war, Gadaffi wins. But with NATO controlling the skies, Gadaffi loses. NATO seems committed to continuing the control of the skies and taking Misrata will only bolster their committment. In desert warfare, controlling the air is key. As for breaking the law, how exactly is NATO breaking the law?
