I assume that by “running” you refer to the Presidential election.
As a Texan, I would hope that he’s not running because he is politically astute enough to realize how much negative baggage he carries.
Perry looks good, sounds good, and speaks well. He is also not to be trusted, at all.
He keeps winning because his opposition is even worse than he is.
“He keeps winning because his opposition is even worse than he is.”
So, why isn’t he running?
