Let me guess: the grad student is in the English Department

Judging by that photo, he's got 'law school' written all over him.....he's probably trying this arrest-me-if-you-dare stunt as part of his thesis.

I think it’s “communications” of some type or other. Don’t think it’s the English Dept., though.
