I guess they are scared that odumbo really didnt get much of a bump from obl.
This poll even makes the ny times poll look legit lol
The sampling is a joke as others have detailed.
Obama’s own actions this week belie what his REAL poll numbers are showing.
Would a president sailing to reelection open up the immigration can of worms again?
Yay son!
Good on your son!! I LIKE that!!
I also like the business-owning FReepers who, after the 2008 election stated they were scanning their parking lots for cars with 0bama stickers... helping them on their decisions as to which employees to give pink-colored career change opportunity.
It's also a Fox News headline.....without any disclaimers.
Sometimes I think Fox has morons working for them.
The whole thing is ludicrous.
With a sampling of 46D, 29R and 4I, it’s a bogus poll, however, Obama is still going to be extremely difficult to take down in 2012.
Maybe somebody there reads FR. ;)
Why do you think that?
The economy is horrific, unemployment steadily awful with no sign of improvement, gas is so expensive that people are being forced to change their lifestyles as a result, the world is a complete mess, he's a nasty, nasty creepy narcissist who derides everyone who disagrees with him....
Why do you think he will be 'extremely difficult to take down in 2012?'
You and I and other conservatives get all that... but America has a stunningly dumbed-down presidential year electorate. This includes many of whom are either OK with the economic conditions or too are disinterested and detached from reality to understand how and why Obama`s policies are detrimental to the country. Way too many vote on emotions.. Obama captivated people and massaged those emotions into a forming a “bond” with him.
A local political figure in our area said that the economy is worse here than it's ever been, and many, many people have given up looking for jobs. It's really dismal.
I just don't think he can fool his way out of this one. He's going to keep blaming Bush for what he 'inherited,' but things were good under Bush and people remember that.
I just don't think there's any reason to be a pessimist right now.
We just need to come up with a very strong candidate, and we'll beat this punk. I KNOW it.

Wow.
I get what you`re saying, and I agree that`s the way it should be. But 0bama has some major structural advantages... a more-slanted-than-ever media, huge funding advantages, and a populace that is increasingly dependent on government largesse ... not to mention locked-down, permanent support from minorities Exacerbating all this is a VERY weak GOP field..
I wish I shared your optimism... but at this point, I don`t.
Trust me. I understand.
I just think that it's way too early to be giving up. Obama now has a record, and it's a bad one. It's different than it was in '08.
I have a theory - it's a spiritual one, so I may be wrong, of course - that God isn't quite finished with America yet. I truly believe we can't survive four more years of Obama (and in that I am a fellow pessimist), but I believe that God has had His hand on this dear country through some really rough times before and I believe, that if we pray and work, that God will honor our efforts to salvage this country and remove Obama.
We're in a literal civil war - only unlike the first one, both sides are not made up of good guys.
