Daniels gets a bum rap and people throw the RINO label around far too quickly. People don't understand that Daniels is often more interested in getting things done than engaging in ideological warfare via speeches, etc.

Can't blame people for calling Daniels a RINO, when it's Daniels himself who calls for a truce and refuses to give answers on whether he would take action.

People are simply taking him at his word.

Well, whatever he's indicated in the past regarding social issues, he did take action. First state to cut off Planned Parenthood funding speaks pretty loudly.

I still don't think he will make a very good presidential candidate and he isn't one I am supporting, but I'd certainly vote for him in the general were he to win the nomination.
