What grounds ? Funding to STATE programs get cut all the time.
You would think a judge would throw this challenge right out. Why would anyone think that the Feds can tell a state what programs they need to fund? Why bother having a state government, then. Oh, that’s right—the Feds would rather the states just “roll over” anyways, wouldn’t they!
I can't figure that out either. Local paper indicates the ACLU is involved. Comments are interesting.
