My observation is that women enter mens’ bathrooms all the time, with no need for silly laws.
So a couple of weeks ago at a McD’s the mens’ bathroom was locked. So I went in the womens’ bathroom which was unlocked. Luckily no one was inside. As I was coming out, a woman and her daughter were waiting outside for me. The woman says “you know that is a womens’ bathroom, don’t you?” Without missing a beat or even stopping, I responded that I was a woman in a man’s body (but I did not follow through and act gay). The woman said “Oh” and continued to bring the daughter inside, passing me. I think she gave me a pass because she was of a certain ethnicity that could presumably resonate with the gay movement... I dunno...
I don’t do that. I wait, or find another bathroom. And so should’ve you.
