FTA: Eighty percent of Americans say it was right to kill him instead of capture him versus 11 percent who think it was wrong.
Of course nobody thinks it was "wrong" to kill Osama (except for Rosie O'Donnell). Of course we had a moral right to wipe the evil scum off the face of the earth.
But wasn't it "wrong" from an intelligence point of view?
I would never second-guess the SEALs -- if they believed it was necessary to kill bin Laden, then so be it.
But commentators who know about these kind of operations say it had all the hallmarks of a pre-determined "kill operation." Pre-determined ... by whom? By Obama, who didn't want our CIA to be able to interrogate bin Laden?
There are better and brighter people than myself in charge of these things.
