None of the above. What's probably going to happen is, the Whigs, a.k.a. the Gelded Old Party, will nominate another RINO loser, and we'll have to do the best we can with Tea Party nominees in Congress, the Senate, and the state and local elections. Then we can work at getting the ship of state back on course.

Voters nominate the nominee not some nebulous “establishment” or other conspiracy. It was clear that McCain was going to be the nominee because the so-called Right torpedoed those who could have beat him.
