Stopping and getting out on pit road is total bunk, at the small tracks that’s where they have to stop.
I think if you look at the vid, you’ll see he didn’t swing/grab at Kyle until the car was moving, meaning it had already contacted his.
And the spin-out after the yeller came out is not an issue?
Don’t think happy should walk away untouched, but this puts all the actions in the same class when they are obviously not. Kyle wrecked Harvick twice, once on the track, then again on pit road. Happy stopped on pit road and got out of his car, swung or grabbed at Kyle.
Sounds like the government’s version of equal.
OK, gotta run, rant off.
I posted this story last week but here it is for reference to the photo caption
Thanks for the thread NY - looking good as always!
ST - we had someone run the pitroad incident in slo-mo - Kevin only touched the 18 when KB gunned his engine and started shoving the 29 out of the way. Very dangerous move!
Here’s the vid which also proves he had reverse, so his excuse of no reverse doesn’t hold water.
I had to laugh at Dale Jr. He was yelling to his crew on pit-road to get their cameras ready as it was gonna get interesting! Actually Jr’s crew was right on the other side of the wall where the 29 finally ended up minus it’s driver.
I don’t have a dog in the fight w/the 18 & 29 so I’m just sitting back and enjoying the entertainment.
Perhaps K.B. came in w/the audio/video of last years wreck at Homestead. Regardless, after the probation expires I’m sure will see more action -
