It’s a bit of misunderstanding.
The male flight attendant was standing behind the guy.
The guy dropped something and bent over to pick it up.
When the male flight attendant saw another guy bending over in front of him, the male flight attendant thought it was an invitation and simply took him up on the offer.

Funny you mention this. I was on Delta international flight and my flight attendant was 6 feet and 300 lbs of solid muscle. Couldn’t believe it. Looked like a bouncer. Called him “Tiny”. Great guy.
