The Mombasa Moonbeam has NEVER claimed to be a "Natural Born Citizen." The strategy was to "prove" that he was a
"Native Born Citizen," and that "Native=Natural."
Part of their strategy was obvious: sidetrack the NBC issue with the BC hue and cry. Congress and the Courts certainly cooperated. Team Obama backed up their strategy with a massive investment of both their and our money.
That is exactly what the dweeb Jindal is attempting to use for his own benefit. He is capitalizing (he thinks) on Obama's investment. Rubio will probably try the same thing. Neither Rubio, Jindal, or Obama is a Natural Born Citizen.
I would say that about 20% of Americans are presently capable of understanding this constitutional concept. The Courts and Congress are using the ignorance of the majority to allow the Constitution to be undermined.
The fact that Rubio and Jindal are trotting out Birth Certificates, and that legislatures are harrumphing about demanding Birth Certificates as "proof" of eligibility means to me that Obama and Soros have orchestrated a successful anti-constitutional coup.
It also means that Obama will be in office until 2012. If we can beat him, perhaps the courts and Congress will re-establish what the Republic has known since its founding. I.E., what a "Natural Born Citizen" is. If we don't beat him, the issue will remain unresolved and the offspring of two illegal aliens will soon run for President.
Job #1. Beat the SOB in 2012.

The BC given to the WH by the HIDOH is not a copy of an original. It is a newly created document "ABSTRACTED" from data recorded on other documents on file. There is no way for us to know whether the data is complete. The WH has made available a copy of that newly created abstracted document, NOT a copy of original records or materials. IF the data is incomplete or fraudulent, it will take long after 2012 to ascertain who committed fraud. The WH defense will be that "they issued a copy of what they received!"

No. The record is clear. The reasons why he won't discuss it are not so clear. Both parents were Cuban refugees and neither was a citizen at the time of his birth.

The man could have been born at home plate in Yankee Stadium as Mickey Mantle was rounding third, with Yogi Berra as the midwife, with Bing Crosby and Kate Smith singing 'God Bless America,' on the 4th of July ... and he still cannot be a Natural Born Citizen. The father, you see, was a foreigner, here on a student visa and later actually deported.

Apparently, from now on, discussions of constitutional matters are to be fought out to no particular conclusion on the internet. Congress agrees with the pResident, i.e., Native = Natural, and the Courts refuse to get involved.

If they let Obama get away with having a non citizen dad they won't be able to say a single word against Repubs who run without both parents being citizens. Maybe they will hoisted in their own petard. I certainly want the Constitution to be followed but something in me would like to have the fun of seeing them with their political feet deeply planted in their own mouths.
It's not a coincidence that Ubama just happened to get around to releasing his birth certificate only weeks before that was scheduled to happen. Now the state-run media has the cover it needs to ignore or dismiss as kookery anything in that book.
