While I mostly agree with you, I can’t help but remember that Kennedy bustard that got off the rape charge because the girl was wearing black, lace panties. “No” does mean “no” no matter what one is wearing.

I don’t remember that incident. Can you clue me in on how he found out she was wearing black lace panties?
Agreed. Rape is rape. The point I'm trying to make is that the majority of rape victims are not sluts or those dressed like sluts. The majority of rape victims are our wives, our mothers, our daughters. There was a 12-year-old girl in my community some years ago snatched off the street by a pedophile while she was walking home from school. A mother of two in my neighborhood was sexually assaulted on her way home from work one night.
For this "movement" to infer that women are victims of sex predators because they dress like sluts is very insulting to the majority of women who dress like ladies.
The Kennedy got off because he was a Kennedy, not because of the panties.
But the point was how not to invite a crime. I don’t deserve to have my computer stolen just because I left it in the open in an unlocked car, but my actions were none the less foolish and made the crime far more likely.
Like all crime vicitims, some women that get raped could have avoided the crime by making better decisions. To pretend otherwise only leads to more women getting raped. However, the vicitim’s bad decisions should never be a defense for the perp.
I assume he found out when he ripped them off her, but I was not there; thus I do not know.
