I have only one point to make...IF bin Laden was already dead since Tora Bora and IF the various governments have been using him as a “boogieman” to justify their military actions (which is believable based on those stupid tape releases),then it would be incumbent on OBAMA, if he wished to end the wars Bush started, to stage the death of bin Laden sometime during his Presidency, preferably at a time when it benefitted him most (birth certificate.) That is all.
