This link shows “codes” that define citizenship. Just saying. I don’t see anywhere reading the constitution that it assumes NBC says both parents are already citizens.
It’s the parents that aren’t subject to the jurisdiction of, that I’m having a problem with and until the Supreme Court Rules on it, as in Roe v Wade, it’s not settled.
