How's that knee coming along?
The knee is getting better but at times I'm a little hesitant to really push it. I'm actually starting to look forward to getting the brace next month so I won't have as much psychological worry about wiping it out again when I'm doing my hiking and biking workouts.
It still likes to remind me that it's not quite well yet. Have to feed it about 1800 mg of Ibuprofen each day.
