Everybody gets furlough days anymore ~ it's part of the solution to the Obama Great Recession.

That's been going on since 2008 ~ not before that.

Review what you said ~ they didn't offer to show the repository.

It's possible they only keep the old microfiche, but that's in a deep salt mine in Kansas ~ along with everybody else's old records.

Nice to know you think the recession is GREAT - I’m betting that the people in HI do not. In fact, the first friend of mine that went there had a nice conversation with a receptionist - and that receptionist said that they had just recently began regular furlough days - early spring 2010. And they were all PISSED.

Really-are you trying that? Is that obot speak for “if a person is not allowed in a restricted area, they are not knowledgeable about what is maintained in that restricted area.” ??? The DOH has published regs about what they must maintain, and where. Lame on you!

Firstly - the ORIGINAL records were not made on microfilm - they were written in ledgers, then transferred to the standard form. They maintain their own copies and back-up copies in Honolulu, which they have actually stated. Where have you been?
