What if a U.S. born person of a mother who is a U.S. citizen whose father is not known? Is that a “Natural Born Citizen” or does the father need to be identified?

Furthermore, as Mark Levin ably poined out to a birther who called into his show some time ago, even if they found "proof" that Obama is not a nbc, there is absolutely no mechanism or impetus to remove him from office. You would get absolutely few or no congressmen or senators to move the process. And there's no way to get 17 Dem senators to vote for impeachment. The nbc issue is a dud from the get-go.

SO WHAT? There is no RIGHT to become president only constitutional requirements. If you can't meet them, which yes, you have to be able to prove it, you are disqualified. The fact that your mother was on welfare and would lose it if the father was known and living in the home, is a consequence of your own actions. YOU have disqualified your own children. If you have indiscriminate sex with so many men that you don't even know who the father is, the kids are disqualified. If you are an illegal alien with anchor babies, they can't be natural born citizens. Out of luck!
That leaves the VAST majority of 35 year olds, still eligible to the office. Enough to choose from.

Good! Especially since a good chunk, 1 out of 10 to 1 of 8 people is an illegal. Those were the numbers 5 years ago and it's risen since. That's no including anchor babies who spend as much time on the north side of the border as they do on the south so have no sense of homeland or why borders exist.
I had an 8th grader in history class one day whine that we're so mean to illegals - whaaa, my family should be able to live here and get welfare just like everyone else, whaaa, whaaa, whaaa. The other students said I was wasting my time with her but I proceeded with a discussion of taxpayers' dollars and government freebies - more whaaaaa! She started in on the border and how it shouldn't exist. I brought the discussion down to levels she could understand such as do you live in a house? Yes. Do you have doors on your house? Yes. Do you have locks on your doors to keep people out of your house? Yes. So, you dare lock me out of your house? Of course. So, you'd be upset if I went into your house, uninvited, plopped myself down on your couch, turned on your tv and started eating your food? Yes. You'd be mad and you'd call the cops to get me out, right? Of course. Well, then whaaaaaa, why can't I trespass into your house but illegals can trespass into my country, huh? Of course, she retorted with whaaaaa, you're so mean!!!!
This mindset is what we're already seeing in our government and lawmakers. Imagine what it will be like when she's eligible to vote and run for office.
