The reason he had not been taken out is because of the satellite dish on the top of his house. We knew where he was. We knew who he was. We knew he had no phone or internet and that everything goes across that dish. I have no inside information on this but I have no doubt that we had been monitoring that dish for years. Monitoring the dish is the same or better than having Osama.

Now that intelligence asset is gone. You could look at it as a beautiful flower in the garden that no one wants to pick because no one wants to see it die.

When you put a child like Obama in office, not only did he pick it, he put it in his lapel and then shouted LOOK AT ME! Look how great I look with my beautiful flower!

I, like others on this forum, am surprised the military and CIA supported this childish self-serving adventure.

You make interesting points. This is getting kind of weird, but it doesn't seem like there was a lot of security in the compound, enough to defend OBL. It sounds like they wanted to keep people in as much as keeping them out. Obama may have indeed killed an intelligence asset for his political campaign, but we can't know for sure without evidence. Something just isn't right about all of this
