Very true. Panetta started that ball rolling when he said that the SEALs made the decision to kill Osama, not the President. You are correct. They are intentionally setting up the SEAL team. When things were good, Obama couldn't take enough credit. He couldn't say "I did it." "I am responsible." enough times.
