The Obamanation's MO is to sow chaos (Sheol), doubt (Amalek) and confusion (Babel) in order to devour and destroy the truth. This "fog of war" is more of the same - obamalocust lies and liars ascending like smoke from a pit.
This goes a long way in explaining how locusts can have a king (king of destruction), and why the LXX (Amos 7) calls him Gog.
