I wonder if this will be in the next Michael Moore movie.

Well, what do you expect? It's not like Bin Laden was a Republican. He needed time to think!

Shamelessly stolen from Twitter

The raid occurred Sunday. He attended a WH correspondence dinner on Saturday night.

No one has mentioned this (to my knowledge).

This is Hillary’s fault - remember all that fuss she made about the 3AM phone call? Obama just converts that to a much more civilized 7PM. Allowing the use of daytime hours for important matters of state, like golfing. Then he makes his decision.

Isn’t he brilliant?

He sure was acting more weird than usual at the dinner on Saturday night... Actually that show was down right bizarre and there was more venom and hate for the ‘Donald’ than I have ever seen demonstrated for OBL.

atlasshrugs has a h*ll of an article up how Obama dithered and wouldn’t make a decision, kept holding things up at every turn....and the military MOVED ANYWAY on concrete info. A coup getting around Obama....military coup is the word used.
That’s why he had that dumb*ss look on his face, they literally pulled him off the golf course after the raid was in progress, that’s why he’s still in his golf shirt.

The rest of it, the conflicting made up stories, all cover up covering Obama’s buttocks, cover from the media!

What 48 hours and Team Obama is already over playing their hand on this. The Anti-War left is starting to chime in and even though tactically the mission went pretty well the political operation is beginning to show Obama as the same old quisling, bumbling idiot we always knew he was. This story is like a thimble full of jet fuel poured into dying engine, a quick and powerful racing of the engine and then back to sputtering. I bet by June his approval is back in the low 40’s as gas goes up another 50 cents and the moribund economy gets even more sick. I hope I didn’t offend the Freeper who penned some whiney treatise how all Freepers should give it rest and join in the Jingoistic Obama Cult if just for one day

Barack Obama kept military commanders hanging by declaring he would 'sleep on it' before taking 16 hours to give the go-ahead to raid Bin Laden's compound.

Unbelievable.

I would've probably "slept on it" for about 16 seconds.

I’m far from an Obama supporter and I know he’s a dope regarding the military, but I still don’t see a problem with the Commander In Chief giving it some thought before sending troops into a very hostile situation.

He probably had to check with George Soros and get his permission.

Just like the reports that he dithered over the decision to take out the Somali pirates.

I thought the whole thing was his idea.

I only have to make up my mind if I am deciding about something that someone else has presented to me.

Maybe FUBO never gave the OK and after 16 hours the military acted on it’s own accord. Since the mission was successful they let Zero take credit for it ...

How many hours did Bush “think” before he said:

“I don’t know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don’t care. It’s not that important. It’s not our priority.”
- G.W. Bush, 3/13/02

“I am truly not that concerned about him.”
- G.W. Bush, responding to a question about bin Laden’s whereabouts. 3/13/02

Bush in July 2006 disbanded the CIA group that had the mission of hunting down bin Laden:
“The Central Intelligence Agency has closed a unit that for a decade had the mission of hunting Osama bin Laden and his top lieutenants...”

Bush’s “thinking” is not a good model for kids.

This alone should be enough for impeachment.

I wouldn't try to make too much of this. A lot was at stake. Just imagine if something was bungled.

He took about 9 months. They found this place last August, IIRC.

Hussein is a joke.

If we have to have a member of the Drones as president, why couldn’t it be Bertie Wooster or at least Gussie Fink-Nottle?
