According to obozo on Sunday night he said, “last week.” Said they’d been studying and refining the plan since August 2010. I would imagine his actual remarks from Sunday night are in the form of a transcript somewhere.
It is odd that not much is said about the ACTUAL day - I haven’t heard any mention of it on TV or seen anything definitive in the many articles on the subject.
