This was the main topic on KLBJ in Austin again this morning, and someone brought up a question. Why are we catering to islam and make sure his body was disposed of within 24 hours? I think they should have fed it to hogs. To heck with the PC for our enemies.
I don't disagree with you there. I would have wanted horrible things done to it, but I would have been happy for them just to throw it in the ocean w/ no ceremony or whatever.
The point I make about this is that if Islam is really against what Bin Laden stood for, why would there be any outrage on how we handled his death and "burial". I know for a fact that If a christian went and did stuff equivalent to what Bin Laden did, and did it in Jesus's name, I would not want him to have a christian burial. In fact, I would be upset if they gave him one.
Even Obama came out and said "He's not a real Muslim"... but yet we give him a real muslim's burial. Just annoyed me, but O well.
