I agree, but I also think he's watched the modus operandi of the current occupant and knows his presence would be used to bash the horrible policies of the prior administration.

There is no doubt that Bambi would get in digs, and I think he finds that more distasteful than anything else, as he himself would never have done that.

I think he would gladly share a podium with someone who truly wanted to honor what his predecessor did.

Agreed...he is like a child...he just can’t stop himself from digging at Bush in an attempt to build himself up.
