The assault force of Navy SEALs snatched a trove of computer drives and disks during their weekend raid on Osama bin Ladens compound, yielding what a U.S. official called the mother lode of intelligence.
The special operations forces grabbed personal computers, thumb drives and electronic equipment during the lightning raid that killed bin Laden, officials told POLITICO.

I thought they were reporting he had no data connection...Maybe he was stealing the neighboring military's base's wi-fi signal...

He may not have had an internet connection, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t store information on a computer.

You can operate a computer without being connected to a network.

They’ve had less than a day to analyze all this equipment and data and they are all ready claiming they hit the mother lode?
Also, they are going to release the video of his burial at sea. What are they going to show? A body, completely wrapped in white head to toe, sliding off a ramp into the water. This proves what?
Its not that I don’t believe he’s dead. I do. Its just that the more I read the more I doubt the entirety of the events.

THIS is why is was better to use a Special Ops team rather than use an air strike. With Bin Laden confirmed gone (as in room temperature), the head of the snake is killed. With the intel gathered by the Special Ops, the snake will have a hard time growing a new head, and will more likely die.

Maybe the neighboring military base was allowing him to use their wi-fi signal.

When you spend your life in either a mud brick hut or a tent, even a double wide might be considered a luxury mansion. ;-)
