Obviously, many credible people, especially Spec. Forces, got a good look at the body and/or watched the video. There are too many people involved to fake this & keep it secret. So, I believe it to be true.
Too bad we didn't gather up as many bodies/prisoners as possible, so that their interrogation might shed more light on AQ. This would have also left AQ wondering who survived to rat them out. I would have bombed the compound to dust shortly after the raid was complete to further confuse AQ as to what the USA took with them & what they didn't. A couple of 1000 lb JDAMs would do the job, & also provide a loud wake-up call for the Paki military who live nearby.
I am sure many documents and pieces of equipment were seized in the raid. They will be analyzed and the information used as appropriate. The courriers were obviously picking up and delivering something to various people in a systematic way.
