Tom Clancy's last book (Dead or Alive) had Bin Laden living in Las Vegas and it made perfect sense. I'm not surprised at all that he was right out in the open. Sadly, the war on terror will never over. One man dead doesn’t even make a dent.

Some people think Ayman Zawahiri is the brains of al Qaeda anyway. He should have been at least as high a priority.

Clancy’s new book also has a war in Libya and discussion of a nuclear reactor damaged by an earthquake.
And, if you recall, he essentially predicted 9-11 in another one of his books.
