I remember a quote from Bobby Kennedy, “..There are those who look at things the way they are, and ask why... I dream of things that never were, and ask why not? ...” I had a social studies teacher in junior high that was always throwing out that quote. In fact she seemed to think it applied to everything. I used to ask her whenever she said that, “Mrs ABC (not using her name though I am sure she is dead now!) imply I could spend me time making a square circle if I had a dream about it!” I remember having to sing the Coca-Cola commercial song, “I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing!”. I'd make a loud comment about why can't the world just teach themselves and leave me out of it!
Later my mother would get a phone call about my showing disrespect in class again. I'd get a ‘talking to’ by my Dad about my “attitude”. Of course it would happen time & time again, I couldn't help myself that teacher was such a freaking moron! And of course loved the Kennedys!

Sorry a typo, just caught it!

“...I could spend me time making a square circle if I had a dream about it!” ...”

I could spend my time making a square circle if I had a dream about it
