Last Tuesday, a man by the name of Chip Thoma filed a lawsuit against Governor Palin over an alleged traffic conspiracy. Yes, you read that right If youre thinking this sounds like some sort of ridiculous frivolous complaint, you would be correct. Mr. Thoma isnt new to Governor Palin, nor is he new to filing frivolous claims against Alaskan Governors. However, you wouldnt know much about this case if you got all of your news from the Associated Press.
Becky Bohrer, the AP writer who covered the story, not only posted her story with an embarrassing grammatical error, but she also omitted key details from her report. She wrote:

Just horrible reporting. What a disgrace.
Does anyone know if Palin will be awarded at least legal expenses if this frivolous lawsuit is thrown out?
One reason Palin decided to retire from office was frivolous lawsuits, for which she was not compensated. Am I right in thinking that that no longer applies now that she is no longer governor? I take it that the laws were changed when Palin was in office, but I trust that the change does not apply to her now.
Some good hearted Alaskans need to take this guy blindfolded and naked about a hundred miles out into the wilderness and leave him!
