That's something she can no doubt prove with medical records so how is avoiding the details adding drama? Did you want nice diagrams and maybe some closeup shots of the injuries from the hospital?
The fact that they were saving their "manhood" for young boys and goats doesn't change a thing as far as the way it impacts the victim.
