First, standing and justiciability are not technical issues. There are wholly fundamental principles of American jurisprudence.
Second, there have been DOZENS of decisions in these cases where the trial court, even after dismissing for standing and justiciability, has gone on to describe these claims as COMPLETELY WITHOUT MERIT and FRIVOLOUS. In fact, the birther queen was fined for her representation in one of these cases.

That's simple. This has become a sideshow issue that is KILLING Republicans and Conservatives amongst the people who decide elections - independents.
This stupid, ridiculous and farcical mess is allowing Obama to paint all serious, thinking conservatives as clowns.
I don’t believe it’s killing anyone, especially not those attempting to enforce the US Constitution’s requirements for eligibility, in fact I think it’s essential to ensure that only those properly qualified to hold the office of President are allowed to. Others here seem to agree.

While I have no illusions that Obama will be removed from office this term, if he can prevented from running for re-election based on the FACT he does not meet the definition of NBC as clearly intended by the creators of the Constitution, it is very worthwhile.
