Even if "Uncle Frank" isn't on the real cert, I have always thought that for someone who supposedly didn't have any responsibility for young Barry, Frank sure assumed a very big fatherly mentor role from age 10-18. Why would he do that, unless, of course, he thought Barry was his son.
