“Nationality: British.” That’s all anyone needs to know.

Bingo. Okay, now all states enact eligibility laws with Natural Born Citizen proof language in each bill. We know what the FF intended so let's have the Natural Born Citizen definition clarified in court, all the way up to SCOTUS.

Let's get on with it!

SCOTUS will not be a friend here. 6 of the 9 are Catholics (an unprecedented majority) and prone to accept authority.

The conservatives favor States’ rights, so by Art IV, Sec 1, they will go for orignial intent.

The BC challenge will lose by 8-1.

It will come down to what the defintion of the word "and" is.

Remember Bill Clinton and the definition of "is".
