Fiddlstix called me and asked how things are going. He sends greetings to FReeper Friends from NYC. He is still away from FR on business. He says it is time to bring the Long Tall Texan out of retirement to spur this freepathon along. He is making a donation of $1000.00 and a challenge to any FReepers who are able to match it.

Fiddlstix says the freepathon has gone on for thirty days and donations to FR are still below 50%. This is unacceptable. It is time for folks to pony up and get ‘er done.

Can’t get it started. We both tried. I use it around the roses as he can’t get the riding mower close to them. I have a self propelled but it’s too heavy for me to control.

No roses and no shrubs (took me forever to convince Mrs. Cajun about that).
Just 10-12 hours of cutting as fast as I can.

We have between 2 and 3 acres to mow. There’s 76 acres here but most of it is brush.

Cut the front and sides with a riding mower and the back with a tractor and Bush Hog.......about 20 acres.
Probably going to do it tomorrow.
Dallas grass and wild onions are my enemies this time of year.
