Oh, clearly you haven't. You do understand that our soldiers use full auto M-16's and that M-16's are not covered by your ban don't you? However it does cover many SEMI autos like the AR-15 which our soldiers do not use.

Not my ban. You don’t need AK47’s anymore than you need a flamethrower, RPG, grenades, mines in fromt of your house or what have you.
This is purely you and others running scared that if they take “these away they’ll take them all away”. That will never happen. To many of us that have guns to let that happen. Just as there are too many people with common sense to know there is no reason to have some of these assault weapons allowed for private citizens.
Are there some guns on the list that probably shouldn’t be? Yup. That’s your argument and a valid one. But something tells me that you wouldn’t be satisfied until nothing was on the list. Maybe I’m wrong, but I doubt it.
